Edmondo Blando

Owner of Salon Vanity in Philadelphia, Edmondo Blando is an internationally trained stylist known for his dry hair cutting and specialty color treatments. As a team member of internationally renowned stylists KARG and European master hair colorist Frank Commisso, Edmondo travels to Europe twice a year for insight on cutting edge hair trends and the newest product offerings.

Edmondo has been recognized as the “Best of Philly 2008” hairstylist, “Best Women’s Salon” and “Best Haircut” from Philadelphia Style and was recently named a “2008 Rising Star” by Allure magazine. Nationally recognized for his ability to stay ahead of trends, Edmondo has been quoted in leading style publications such as Elle and How’s Hair magazines. Under his direction Salon Vanity was voted “Best Color and Highlights of 2007 and 2008” by Citysearch Philadelphia, has been featured nationally on Bravo’s hit show “Makeover” and locally on Good Day Philadelphia and the Daily Candy.

His clients include the Eagles Cheerleaders, Sixers and Wings Dance Team and past American Idol Contestants. In addition, he is currently the hair stylist for the Walnut Street Theater.
